By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, all returned merchandise must:

  • Be in new, unused, and resalable condition.

  • Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, documentation, and components.

  • Be free from signs of installation, use, modification, damage, or wear.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Be authorized by Marrinas Boats before shipment.

Products returned without original packaging or missing components may be subject to additional fees, partial refunds, or refusal of the return at Marrinas Boats’ sole discretion.


2. Return Authorization Required

Before returning any item, customers must contact Marrinas Boats to obtain return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

To request a return, customers should provide:

  • Reason for return

  • Photographs (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Electronics and electronic accessories

  • Inflatable boats

  • Outboard motors and engines

  • Boat trailers

  • Special-order products

  • Custom-built or customized products

  • Products shipped directly from manufacturers when designated as non-returnable

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards and digital products (if applicable)

Due to manufacturer restrictions, registration requirements, transportation regulations, and safety concerns, these items cannot be accepted for return once sold.


4. Refund Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Original shipping, freight, handling, customs, brokerage, and delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error.

  • The product must pass inspection upon arrival.

  • Any damage caused during return shipping may affect refund eligibility.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Store credit may be issued at the discretion of Marrinas Boats and has no cash value unless otherwise required by law.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We thoroughly inspect merchandise before shipment. Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect product

You must notify Marrinas Boats within ten (10) days of delivery.

To process a claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the defect or damage

  • Original packaging

Marrinas Boats reserves the right to repair, replace, exchange, or refund the product after inspection and verification.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, neglect, accident, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions are not covered under this policy.


7. Shipping Damage Claims

Visible freight damage should be documented upon delivery.

If significant damage is apparent:

  • Refuse the shipment when possible.

  • Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

  • Contact Marrinas Boats immediately.

Customers should retain all packaging materials for carrier inspection.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect claim eligibility.


8. Clearance, Demo & Showroom Merchandise

The following products are sold at discounted prices due to their condition:

  • Showroom models

  • Demonstration units

  • Clearance merchandise

  • Scratch-and-dent items

These products may contain cosmetic imperfections, blemishes, scratches, minor wear, or other non-functional defects.

Such cosmetic conditions are reflected in the discounted purchase price and do not constitute grounds for return, exchange, replacement, or refund.


9. International Orders

Customers outside the United States may request approved returns subject to the following conditions:

  • Return requests must comply with all eligibility requirements.

  • Returned merchandise must generally be received within sixty (60) days of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for all international shipping expenses, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import/export charges.

International refund processing may require fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days after receipt and approval of the returned merchandise.


10. Special Orders

Special-order products are purchased specifically for individual customers and therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier.

Customers are responsible for verifying all specifications before placing a special-order request.

Many products sold by Marrinas Boats are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty coverage, limitations, and claim procedures are determined by the manufacturer.

For warranty assistance, customers may contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to Marrinas Boats for guidance. Warranty claims are separate from this Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.


12. Processing Time

After a returned item is received:

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days for domestic orders, although processing times may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.

International refunds may require up to 30 business days.
